How It All Began

Advent Gift Boxes began as the vision of John and Sandra Towler in 2012. Loving the festive season and frustrated with the range of Advent Calendars suitable for grown-ups they decided to design and market their own, filled with high quality gifts.

In 2012, we were one of the first companies to introduce ‘Advent Calendars for Grown Ups’, which changed the concept of Advent forever! (Remember those grotty cards that contained 24 bits of horrible chocolate, or maybe a picture of a star?)

Since then, we have started a new trend. The 12 Days of Christmas Gift Box, contains 12 gifts for children and adults, thus re-imagining the mediaeval concept of celebrating Christmas until the 12th Night.
